Campfire, the Implementation Lifecycle Management (ILM) application, provides visibility and transparency for system requirements, solutions, and full traceability through testing and deployment while promoting communication and collaboration throughout the application. Campfire empowers implementation teams to deliver seamless and consistent experiences to their customers. Why is ILM important? ILM helps companies track and document system requirements, review and approve business processes linked to those system requirements, document solution designs and design options, collaborate on signoff of requirements, identify gaps in estimated vs. actual scope of work, provide traceability for the full requirements lifecycle, conduct testing of the solution through various testing events, and measure testing results, document the manifest for the solution to be deployed while allowing implementation teams to communicate and adjust development processes in real-time within the application to meet the goals of the implementation.
