Great customization and a real boost to our hiring process
We’ve been using this package for a little while now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how smoothly our recruitment workflow runs. The field-mapping customization is surprisingly easy to work with—being able to adjust things exactly the way we need has saved us a lot of back-and-forth. The AI features have also been genuinely helpful. Instead of spending time on repetitive tasks, we get quick, accurate outputs that let us move candidates through the process faster. Overall, it’s taken a lot of manual effort out of our setup and helped the team work more efficiently. Definitely glad we added this to our toolkit.

The CV formatter alone is worth the install, we used Textkernel before but it wasn't doing a great job. Now the quality of the parsing is on another level and the CV conversion is really quick and accurate, it saves us a lot of time already. We will be exploring the conversation side soon. Highly recommend for recruitment agencies.

Game changer for our recruitment workflow
We've been looking for a solution that handles both CV parsing and interview notes without forcing us to leave Salesforce. Simply has been incredible. The CV parser is extremely accurate, it maps everything to our fields perfectly. But the real win is the AI notetaking. Our recruiters used to spend hours typing up summaries; now they just click a button and structured notes are right there on the candidate record. Being 100% native was a huge plus. Highly recommend!
