Gainsight PX syncs product usage data with Salesforce in both directions, matching records across Accounts, Contacts, and your custom Salesforce objects, so usage signals and CRM context stay connected wherever your teams look. With that data flowing between systems, PX admins can view and drill into product usage by Salesforce attributes to personalize in-app messaging for specific customer segments. Product usage also becomes reportable directly in Salesforce, so account and contact activity shows up in the reports and views your teams already use, without exporting anything separately. This package contains the Connected App required to enable the integration. Install it alongside your Gainsight PX subscription to start syncing data.
