Business Challenge: Create a Portal for our Chapter Leaders to login to view information about their specific Chapter. Based on support work, SteelCloud was very familiar with our org, approach, and what info we were looking to convey. Salesforce products used were existing NPSP Salesforce + new Community Portal. Benefits of using partner: SteelCloud was able to very quickly provide a working prototype of a community portal built in our Sandbox. Reviewed with key stakeholders and received feedback/additional requirements. Implementation was done on time and on budget.
