Wise Wolves Consultancy was extremely helpful in building custom logic in our Salesforce Org. We had meetings regularly to stay aligned and to help us learn how to mange the logic they had built. When changes needed to be made or when Salesforce released updates that affected our Org they were always there to assist us in minimizing the impact. We greatly appreciate the time and energy their team put into our company as it enabled us to streamline and automate many systems. This freed us up to work on expanding our service territory and our company in general.

It was a pleasure working with Shani, Rodolfo and the team at wise wolves. We do strongly feel that it would have been beneficial having the team learn more about our business and how we operate to better help us build out sales force. Without ever seeing SF, we did not have much knowledge of it's capabilities, therefore making our own refinements proved to be very challenging not being able to see how it would interact or be set up. It would have been nice to have a sales force expert to understand how our business operates/flows and make suggestions on how we could build it out vs getting minimal insight out of the gate and having us make our own adjustments on a system we know nothing about.
