The ability to get a very detailed and granular overview of adoption and user sentiment. The constant user feedback provides great information for constant development of the user experience, and also guides continuous adoption and training efforts. It’s my go-to app in the morning

As a Change Management Lead for our global Salesforce program, being able to capture feedback directly from our employees is extremely important - how else can we effectively prioritize our adoption-driving activities?
