We engaged with the Momentum team to implement our first deployment of Salesforce IdP. They brought strong Salesforce expertise and worked collaboratively with our team and our web developers to understand our requirements and deliver the solution we needed. We partnered with the Momentum Worldwide corp. to migrate from Blackbaud RE to Salesforce NPC under a very tight timeframe, approximately 6 weeks! Momentum was very responsive from the beginning and provided a straightforward realistic timeline. While we considered our conversion to be on the less technical side the Momentum team set a very reasonable migration cost. Our main point of contact was Shaun, and I cannot say enough good about Shaun’s knowledge of Salesforce NPC, his flexibility, his insights and his overall knowledge of non-profit fundraising structure and setup in Salesforce NPC. I would recommend making sure there is a clear understanding of who will be responsible for taking the RE SQL data and putting in a file format to import into Salesforce NPC. While we initially had a misunderstanding, the Momentum team provided us with some simple templates to help facilitate the data migration process. And we believe our data conversion went as smoothly as possible. Overall, we were very pleased with the Momentum team and would give our high recommendation as a data migration partner.

We partnered with Momentum to replace an outdated custom-built platform using Salesforce Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Tableau for reporting. From the beginning, the team clearly understood our goals and delivered a modern replacement with improved support, usability, and documentation. One of the biggest benefits of the project is that we now fully own and understand our system. We have visibility into how it functions and confidence in maintaining and enhancing it moving forward, which was not possible with our previous platform. Momentum took the time to understand our business processes and ERP structure before designing and building a custom API integration solution that met our requirements. Communication and project management were excellent throughout the engagement. The team maintained regular weekly status meetings, provided clear follow-up, and was professional and collaborative at every stage.
