Reliable OCR tool with great support

Our requirement was to extract information from documents and put those information in SF with minimal user interaction. Cloudfiles's Document AI allowed us to extract and modify the information to make them SF ready (proper date format, remove dollar signs and commas from currency) before putting it in SF. This feature saved us time by getting the values properly formatted instead of updating our automation to consider every possible format which would take a lot of time. The next requirement was to append the above document to a another one where their other tool, Document Generation, came in handy as well. The customer support is also great. They were available when we needed them and they made the implementation of their tool to our current automation seamless.
