Our focus was Scope 3, this tranche of work being the largest in volume of data and most complex was led by Ken and ERM with agile methodology to support rapid implementation of solutions as we identified client side data gaps or challenges.

Ken led exceptionally well, managing tight time frames, budgets and led best solution development to overcome challenges in to opportunities.

The team solves problems together that's fit for purpose and rapidly. Engagement is high as is customer satisfaction - that includes utilizing the best person for that project and company. Jason and Ken with support from Anita did exceptional work under tight timeframes, and strong budget discipline, managing risk for value to have a product that when audited under first year ASRS reporting requirements was praised and made reporting faster.

From early project proposal and inquiry to our final day of successful implementation, ERM's customer service, ability, and support exceeded expectations. Their project management and subject matter expertise ushered deliverables for our company that we are proud and confident in.
