3B Onboarding - Candidate Credentialing, Onboarding and Compliance

Fantastic solution to speed up and make onboarding digital

We have been using 3B Onboarding since 2020 (along with Forms, CLM, Portals and WFM) and have managed to take our very manual processes - fully online. The packages are highly customisable so we have been able to make them fit our purposes, rather than being confined to how it works 'out of the box'. With multiple brands and locations, 3B has allowed us to retain each brands individual identity and process, whilst making sure as a whole our compliance requirements are fulfilled and in date. With Salesforce automations and the 3B tech, we have massively reduced our admin work, helped retain staff and improved engagement, whilst the reporting has helped us gain insight we never had before. The support team have been on hand as required and seeing the product evolve over the years has been phenomenal. The thing we love most, is how much we have been able to customise 3B's products to improve other areas of the business, not just recruitment. We now use 3B in sales, marketing, operations, H&S and even finance - 3b has been a game changer for us - highly recommended
