The core of Grantbook’s Salesforce practice is to configure Salesforce Grants Management System (GMS) implementations, and support funders with existing Salesforce instances with reimplementation, and optimization. We work only with funders, ranging from large family foundations to research funders, from community foundations to feminist collectives, and from enterprise foundations to startups, which ensures our clients maximize the impact of Salesforce. Use grant coding to forecast and interpret spend-down budgets, gain operational insights, and track your impact. Our team of Salesforce experts holds a total of 18 Salesforce certifications, including Non-Profit Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, Sharing and Visibility Architect (security), etc. In 2023, we implemented or optimized more than ten Grantmaking Salesforce instances using various products: Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Experience Cloud, Outbound Funds Module, Nonprofit Cloud, Grantmaking — each incorporating custom build outs.
