The Grantbook team is fantastic to work with. Their understanding of Salesforce infrastructure, apps, and features and their experience working with non-profits and foundations allowed them to come up with some really creative solutions for us, always centering our needs. They're also respectful of budget constraints - an especially important thing in the non-profit sector where budget for tech solutions can be super tight. Project communications are very strong - we always knew where things were at and what they needed from us to move forward. They provided some great training and short resource videos that we can refer back to again and again. We engaged Grantbook, approximately 18 months into our initial Salesforce journey. After months of weeding through Salesforce learning resources for the non-profit package and trying to do it on our own it became clear that we did not the capacity or expertise in house to customize the platform meet our program needs. This was impacting user adoption and reducing our ROI into Salesforce. Through calls and discussions, Grantbook came up with a plan that addressed the priority challenges but also laid clear groundwork for how future engagements could be structured to build upon outcomes of the initial contract. Project engagement and delivery was more than we anticipated. The discovery sessions helped our internal team think through our current and future needs, Grantbook was highly responsive during the implementation and testing process. Our contract included training which was customized and delivered with such high quality that even resistant user were motivated to use the platform. Some specific outcomes our experience with Grantbook included: custom objects to meet our current and anticipated future program needs, page layouts, customized processes and flows and training. Grantbook also identified areas that, though out of scope of the contract agreement, should be prioritized to enable future success with the platform.
