Roya Consulting is incredible. They set me up with my Salesforce in a way that works for me. When I had questions, they were quick to respond. Sometimes they'd schedule a session to help me navigate, other times they'd send a response with step by step directions including screen shots. I highly recommend this company for its timely responses, thorough understanding of Salesforce, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
