The fluent team have been an excellent partner to us and have enabled us to Go live on time with little issues. Their understanding of what we needed to achieve and their dedication to get us in on time has been brilliant. They are very easy to work with, adaptable and I would recommend them as a Salesforce partner without doubt.

From the beginning, we felt that we were in safe hands with the team at Fluent. We were able to overcome some internal challenges with the support of the team and we have come out of the project with a fantastic solution which our end users are raving about. It is not very often that happens in a transformation project - so thank you to the whole team!

We hired Fluent to migrate us from our previous CRM solution to Salesforce. The previous CRM solution wasn't fit for purpose and was being used in an ad hoc manner. Fluent were our partners in both defining and implementing the Salesforce solution. We moved over to Financial Services Cloud and are happy with it. In terms of adoption Fluent have also been instrumental in providing training to our company on how to use Salesforce. As the solutions are implemented across the company and challenges arise, the Fluent engineer we work with has been the first port of call. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience on how the system can be set up to maximise impact.

Fluent were hard working & committed to delivering good outcomes and the right solutions for our Salesforce implementation. I felt that I was quite demanding with my asks and they stepped up to deliver which included some long hours and weekends at times, which was really appreciated. At the start of the project we had a scoping session to ensure the requirements of the salesforce implementation were planned out. The scoping was detailed and allowed Fluent to pull together a detailed project plan. My tip for users would be to focus this session not just on how the system should operate but also on the back end of the system such as roles, profiles, permissions and be clear on your requirements here too on what users can do what tasks. Throughout the process Fluent kept me updated with progress so I felt well informed of timelines and work still to be completed. We had regular meetings to discuss concepts and how the system had been configured and to provide regular feedback on this so that it could be scoped to our needs. They were very knowledgeable of the product as well as delivering solutions to my challenges and questions, they took the time to provide me training to allow me to implement changes going forward. Towards implementation when User Acceptance Testing was being completed Fluent reacted quickly to feedback to make necessary adjustments to the system. This was also the case on implementation, where Fluent were fantastically supportive and were on site and present to ensure that any issues that arose on implementation were dealt with in an efficient manner.

Fluent have been a great support in implementing Account Engagement. They have been personable, provided solutions and discussed each step with myself before going ahead with any change. There have been some bumps in the road however they haven't been phased, at each step they have pro-actively looked for the best outcome and way of moving the project forward with a logical and expert mind set always looking for the best solution for us as a client. I look forward to working with them for additional projects.
