Fantastic tool with a great SFDC integration

Champion has made it really easy for us to build out our customer advocacy program. As a marketing ops professional, my second favorite part about Champion is how thoughtfully and well done the SFDC integration was set up. The integration makes it really easy to get data between the two systems, and the Champion Interactions custom object has made that data accessible and versatile. We can actually track attribution back to these interactions! My favorite part though is all the wonderful people at Champion. They are so helpful and willing to work with customers to build out the tool. They are all so smart and kind and just an absolute pleasure to work with.

Revolutionizing Customer Advocacy

By using Champion we have greatly accelerated the customer advocacy engine at AlphaSense. Our data is up-to-date because of the sync with Salesforce, and it allows anyone in the org to see the acts of advocacy that our customers have performed, helping us all stay aligned. It's incredibly easy for sales reps to request a reference right on the Opportunity where they're used to working already. And on the marketing side, we love that references are connected to revenue so that we can show business impact in our reporting (which is already built-in!). The icing on the cake is the best practices advice we've gotten from the lovely team at Champion who has been with us every step of the way. Sometimes customer marketing and advocacy is a lonely road, but not with Champion at our side.
