Great planning tool with excellent onboarding and room to grow

We implemented Inspire Planner primarily to support our account planning process and found it very easy to set up and integrate within Salesforce. Seamless Onboarding and a Very Promising Start with Inspire Planner

I’m highly satisfied with the onboarding led by Charles and found Karen’s training sessions clear, practical, and genuinely helpful. We’re only just beginning to use Inspire Planner, so I can’t provide a final verdict on the application yet. That said, the first impression is excellent: setup was smooth, guidance was professional, and the materials were well structured. If everyday use reflects the quality of the onboarding, Inspire Planner will be a strong addition to our project workflows.

Powerful and intuitive

We started using Inspire Planner immediately after signing onto our Sales Cloud contract. Even as our entry point into Salesforce, it was very easy to pick up, and the onboarding team made it so easy to import data from our previous project management tool. We appreciate the flexibility to create project templates while easily customizing the tasks on individual projects as needed. The IP team is always adding new features and their support is responsive and helpful.
