I love Salesforce Especially Sync

I love that theres ways to get all of our accounting data linked into salesforce through automation and there is no need to enter information twice. I would improver the setup and the automation flow to make it more streamlined. I would definitely recommend the app to others.

The integration for Sage 300 and Salesforce went so smoothly. Commercient was very helpful and were able to get this done very quickly.

We have experienced excellent customer service and support. The team was constantly accessible to answer questions, provide us updates, and make sure our expectations were fulfilled. The individualized care and commitment to our project gave us a sense of importance as clients. Throughout the process, there was clear and easy communication. Integration with Sage X3

The Commercient sync app is a good tool for having data sync from the Sage X3 ERP to Salesforce. The start of the project was slow but once a new project manager, Naren Mayorga, was assigned to assist everything ran smoothly. The Commercient team which also included Vicky and Nikhil, made everything run smoothly and their patience during this project was exceptional. Once they understood our requirements and I understood their platform, the go-live was quick. The application has been running smoothly requiring little maintenance from my side. Great Product

We have been working with Commercient for over four years now and whilst initial set up was slow as we have limited resources and IT infrastructure, since implementation, it has been a breeze. Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market. Commercient does the job

This app does what it needs to do. We sync our data between sage 100 and Salesforce. The initial set up and development took longer than originally planned but we have been up and running for a couple years now with minimal issues. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and response time is good. I would recommend this company if you are looking to sync data between salesforce and ERP.

Great support and patient

Still in the process of implementation, which has been quite lengthy with a lot of back and forth, however Commercient have been very patient and always answered any questions we've had. They also allowed us to start with the second phase based on our current needs. Everything is great, I just wish the sync was more frequent. We're moving from Xero, which we had syncing every 5 minutes and cost significantly less. But I gather it's a more complicated integration as Sage is not fully web based like Xero is.
