We have had a very productive relationship with InsiteLoop over the last 2 years. Over the previous several years we had various ad-hoc work, small fixes and work-arounds implemented in our SFDC instance by different "Salesforce Administrators", and when we began working with ISL we made them aware of the house of cards we were living in.
