Great App, really great support!!

Out of the box, this app did almost everything related to QR scanning we needed. Michael and his team were very responsive to our emails and worked to get us up and running in no time. When we needed additional features, Michael was practically able to describe them to us before we could articulate everything. His many years of experience working with QR codes is extremely valuable and rare in this industry. Wish more vendors had this level of knowledgeable support!

Helped us implement critical safety controls

We've had a great experience with this app. Gimbal helped us deploy inventory control which is important for safely controlling which batches leave our facility daily. Michael was helpful and responsive to our questions both during the build and post implementation. Our staff have also found the app easy to use.

Amazing product with an amazing support team

This app and the team that made it are great! We are using this app for attendance tracking on services we provide to individuals. We have a highly customized process that the Gimbal team has been able to create a solution for. This has been the best team to work with as they are very professional, competent, and driven to make their product work for any customer.

Flexible solution with wonderful customer support

We used Gimbal for a complex inventory need to be able to support scanning for GS1 barcodes, along with custom labeling. Their robust solutions, flexible solutions, and customer support for customization has been a wonderful. They are responsive and fast to support requests. Overall, we are seeing a 66% reduction in time-on-task after implementing a single workflow, and we are only expecting to see additional gains with our team's efficiency and inventory accuracy as we continue to work with their team.

Excellent product and even more amazing support!

This solution works flawlessly in our environment, saving a great deal of time with Product Transfer scanning. We have lots more use cases coming! Getting support with making small changes is amazingly fast. We couldn't be more pleased with Gimbal!
