From the outset of our partnership, Prolocity approached our project by centering how this particular project would advance our organization's mission and those we serve. It was a terrific partnership throughout!

The Prolocity team is among some of the best professionals around. When our internal admin left with zero notice, Prolocity quickly filled the gap and exceeded our expectations. Several departments have seen increased productivity, wanting to use Salesforce for more and more things, and taking ownership of the data. Things that were once "too complicated" or "not possible" are met with open ears and ideas to achieve the end goal. We are thankful to Prolocity for truly being a partner.

The partner team is extremely attentive to our business requirements. Our prioritization sessions are also helpful. The use of the Monday board makes this process straight forward as well. The attention and responsiveness to critical defects that may occur is also superb.

We had a very good experience with Prolocity with our Salesforce NPC Implementation project and look forward to continuing to work with them.

We value the relationship that we have with Prolocity and we are highly satisfied with the consultants that we work with. Max Hampton and Jim Milne are very knowledgeable about our org and our complex business needs. This knowledge and their expertise with Salesforce are invaluable, especially when it comes to troubleshooting our issues or solutioning in real-time when on a call with them. Prolocity has helped us with several things, including customizing the Program Management Module to accommodate the complexities of all of our program offerings. They helped us successfully launch an Experience Cloud site that our participants can use to register for classes, lunches, or events, again meeting very specific needs. This site also ties directly to the Program Management Module for real-time attendance tracking. They've also helped us automate several subscription processes in Account Engagement and Salesforce. These are just a few examples of how Prolocity has helped our agency and why we are so thankful to work with them.

The entire processes of working with Prolocity was positive experience for us. We felt that they really listened to what we were looking for during the sales and scoping stage. Their proposed designed was a great solution for our needs. During the build and testing phases we were provided with regular updates and felt very involved in overall process. We are actively looking to work with Prolocity again on additional Salesforce development projects.

The Prolocity team, specifically Tara Cobb and Jay Mehta, were incredibly responsive throughout the implementation process - providing exceptional service at launch when we encountered unexpected technical difficulties. I appreciated the teams solution oriented approach towards implementation, and ability to provide perspective and alternative solutions in order to help our team determine the most efficient process.
