Her communication was great - explaining everything, keeping us updated on the project, being easy and flexible to schedule calls with, and making everything make sense to us. She problem solved alongside us, and really got to know our business needs in a short amount of time. She invested in learning about our org's needs and really showed that she cared about the success of our program as it related to implementing Salesforce.
