Requirements fully met - Reasonable Price - Greatest Support!
In order to present our partners to (potential) customers on the company's website, we looked at the various options. Developing ourselves or buying an out-of-the-box solution. For reasons of maintainability we chose for an app from the Appexchange. Not too many providers for this kind of app were found there (in fact it was the Partner Finder from Salesforce Labs - unmanaged and from 2010 - and ChannelEZ's solution). So after all it was an easy decision... :-) We were guided through the installation and configuration process by Sameer Gadi. What can I say? He really goes the extra mile when it comes to support! Every question we had was answered the same day, and even after we went live he contacted me with some optimization ideas. Thanks again, Sameer! About the product: - Easy installation and configuration - Easy to use - Scalable, you only pay for what you need (3 different versions, number of licenses per internal user and partner) - Multi-language support (As we are located in the Netherlands: even in Dutch!)
