Lors de notre projet de mise en place de Salesforce Non profit Cloud, les équipes d'Eviden se sont montrées très professionnelles. Les consultants et consultantes étaient à l'écoute, disponibles, adaptables, ce qui leur a permis de bien comprendre nos process existant, de nous aider à structurer le projet efficacement, et de mettre à profit leur connaissance de Salesforce pour l'adapter au mieux à notre besoin.

La SNSM a été très satisfaite de l’accompagnement d’Eviden sur notre campagne qui présentait de gros enjeux pour notre service collecte. L’équipe a su démontrer son expertise de la solution et une grande réactivité face aux imprévus, difficultés techniques et changements de programme. Mais également une volonté de toujours nous associer/expliquer les choix de mise en œuvre pour nous aider à monter en autonomie sur la solution. I had a positive experience working with Eviden in a previous company, so, as VP IT at MCAN, I brought them in as soon as we decided to move ahead with implementing Financial Services Cloud. They helped us with the set up and with connecting Salesforce to our data warehouse. This solution enabled our business development reps to be productive on the road with mobile. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de leur accompagnement, tant sur leur rôle premier de delivery que dans l’aide apportée au quotidien sur des sujets ne relevant pas forcément directement de leur scope (organisation/gestion de projet, challenge du besoin dans une approche toujours constructive, identification/proposition des solutions nouvelles…). Eviden a joué un rôle clé dans ce beau succès d’équipe sans jamais perdre en vélocité ou en motivation malgré un projet de longue haleine et des moments parfois complexes à gérer. Nous saluons aussi la grande capacité de l’équipe Eviden à travailler dans une approche « One team » avec nous SNSM ainsi que notre partenaire Accenture sur l’AMOA. SalesCloud Migration

We first worked with Eviden to help us transform our CRM from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce. Eviden provided to be an excellent partner to build the Salesforce environment, based on some rather complex requirements. After our initial transfer, we were supports with SalesCloud, CRM Analytics and Pardot. What really stands out about Eviden is their responsiveness to help troubleshoot issues and make enhancements. I really could not have asked for a better experience.

We first engaged Eviden in 2022 when we urgently needed to expand the scope of our Salesforce solution to replace a ticketing application which was to be sunset. We needed the project to run seamlessly. Eviden's team delivered. They were a pleasure to work with and were highly adept with Service Cloud. Based on that first experience we re-engaged Eviden to support us with a data unification project to provide single view of our customers for both our Sales and Support (service) teams. Again, Eviden delivered and we are already seeing tangible benefits for our business. Eviden continues to support our in-house Salesforce team and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to other customers.

We switched to Eviden after starting our Salesforce journey with another partner, and after quickly realizing that we needed a trustworthy team with more depth and experience to augment our relatively small internal project group. Eviden was among a handful of firms we engaged as a potential partner, and we were immediately impressed by the approach they proposed for our project and partnership. As the CEO of the Alberta New Home Warranty Group of Companies I also have responsibility for the education business within our firm, which operates as the Professional Home Builders Institute. We together embarked on a wholesale digital transformation focused on providing a richer customer experience and better technology empowerment for scaling up our business. Our project included implementing Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds to replace Microsoft Dynamics CRM, an integration with our learning management solution, building and integrating Salesforce Commerce and Portals, and an integration with Microsoft GP (our ERP). In addition, Eviden supported the implementation of Pardot for marketing automation. The Eviden team has tremendous Salesforce expertise and were particularly adept at envisioning the overall ecosystem and bringing that vision to life. While none of these journeys are straightforward, and the unexpected must be expected, Eviden were agile and methodical in their approach to solving our challenges along the way, and more than that, are just good people to work with. I confidently recommend Eviden as an able Salesforce partner and applaud them for their strength in delivery and the high-level of integrity with which they conduct business.

The Eviden Team provided an excellent service and product for our team. We really appreciated their consistent communication, expertise, support, responsivness and constructive solutions. Overall, we are highly satisfied with ATOS and the work they have produced. The engagement had a slow start but ATOS added extra resource to ensure the deliverables were achieved. We have found them to be a really good partner, good technical skills, project management skills, communication, etc. A positive experience.
