Our relationship with this vendor is an extension of other projects. We have worked with them on several projects and they have become an extension of our team. The time they have taken to understand our business and processes is invaluable when discussing additional tasks and projects, and making suggestions for improvement.

Our organization was struggling to draw conclusions from our data due to the presence of duplicate contacts. We wanted to modify the way we held our program data as well as streamline our data entry processes. The partner we brought onto the project was someone who had experience with non-profits which was a plus for us. Once we started to work on the problem together, we came to the conclusion that we would use the newly released, at the time, Program Management Module set of objects from Salesforce. The consulting partner gave us a lot of advice and feedback during our planning process. They were also very responsive to issues that came up during the testing process. They made all the necessary changes to correct any issues. What we ended up with was a more simplified way to enter data and a cleaner database. They built a custom process that allowed us to upload our data, and did all the backend work of looking for existing contacts, in our database. Our data entry process went from a 5-step process to a 1 step process. Also, we are now able to see all client interaction with our programs on one unique contact. What I would recommend to clients working with this partner is to be clear on what the requirements of the project are. Discuss the current issues and what the goals of the project are. I would also recommend sharing ideas as they are very knowledgeable and can help you come to a good decision on what will work best for your organization.

They are extremely knowledgeable and leverage their knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to best benefit our objectives. They have been very patient working with us through our long fundraising process and timeline. We are required by our funders to have fixed bid projects only, and this was a little challenge to work this out with our partner, but so far we are very happy with how it is going. This project was only the first small piece of a larger project, so we will know more in about 6 months! But their communication and project management have been excellent. We are very happy with the engagement to date.

Projects always have unexpected requirements and new features. Our partner was very flexible and responsive to changes in requirement and new requirements. They were upfront with any additional costs, and usually came in under budget for the project.

Ultimate Impact was founded 4 years ago and we are at the critical stage of collecting, storing, and analyzing our program data/information. We are very thankful to be working with the Presence team to build out our Salesforce platform and we've leveraged their incredible experience to envision what our data infrastructure should look like 5-10 years from now. They did a great job setting the scope for our student tracking system and implemented a custom way to enter our data. They have the best talent in the business!
