Revenova offers extensive out‑of‑the‑box configuration and makes deeper customization easy for a tech‑savvy admin, without needing in‑house development. Leveraging the Salesforce Platform also means strong reporting, permissions, integrations, and access to great training resources. Revenova’s own documentation and training portal are also very helpful. One of Revenova’s biggest strengths is its support team — and truly, the entire company. They’re responsive, collaborative, and genuinely committed to customer feedback and the continuous improvement of their product. The system has a lot of capability, so having a dedicated super user or admin helps you get the most out of it.

Great Product, Even Better Implementation

The product speaks for itself, with almost unlimited customization, ease of use, and opportunity for cross department collaboration. With that said, the implementation phase after signing with Revenova was the best I've ever experienced. Our Implementation Manager, Stephanie, was incredible. An expert of both Revenova and Salesforce, it was broken up into digestible segments with support and knowledge along the way. We went from a blank canvas to a fully functional TMS, tailored to our organization, in under 16 weeks!

I love that you can customize the TMS to match almost exactly to what you are needing for your particular business model. This has been extremely helpful in our company and has given us the freedom to grow the business to where it needs to be. We also love the reporting aspect that Revenova has to offer and that all the information is literally right at your fingertips. You can easily see how your sales teams are operating and what changes need to be made to scale the business.

Great Product, Good service and solution

It is based on Salesforce which gives the posibility to highly customize it and manage high volumes of data. Every functionality built in the Product it's focused on the need of the Transportation industry and their customers. As a company, they have a great Customer Service system and their employees are quick and usefull. The documentation could be better written in order to reach a broader audience.
