Urgensee: Creating intelligent automation

We have had a fantastic experience working with the team at Urgensee. We've worked on projects such as the integration between Salesforce and our accounting platform and we (thankfully!) maintain an ongoing relationship for Salesforce administration, user/security management, system configuration, reporting, analytics support, data maintenance, application support, and user training to clean up our Salesforce instance and streamline our processes to support increase in efficency and capacity. In addition to that wordy summary of services, Dhruv, Carolyn and the rest of the Urgensee team that we get to work with truly care about the work they are doing. Over the years, they've taken the time to get to know what we do and how we work, which is so valuable in ensuring a smooth and produtive working relationship. It feels like we have another member of our core team that wants to see us improve our processes, serve our project partners better and well, and ultimately cares about our success. We recognize the value of the depth and breadth of knowledge/services we have access to in our relationship with Urgensee is amazing: developers, BAs, Admins and Architects can be consulted with ease! Something else I would say that is comforting or gives peace of mind is that the team at Urgensee will tell it like it is -- if they can't help or something won't work, they will not string you along. In the process, though, they will be thoughtful and creative and do their best to get to yes, if possible.

We work with the SF team to support our day-to-day program for vetting cancer patient applications and connecting approved patients with nearby cleaning company partners who provide free home cleanings. A key part of the work involves managing applications efficiently and ensuring patients are referred to the right partner based on zip/postal code territories. The SF team also helps us track and report on completed cleanings submitted by participating companies, which keeps everything organized and transparent. In addition, we use SF and Connect to share updates on donations and fundraising efforts, which helps us keep partners and supporters engaged and informed. What’s been especially helpful is how the SF team has structured everything so the process feels consistent and easy to manage, even as volume grows. Their understanding of how to balance data management with a mission-driven workflow has made a real difference in our efficiency. We’re now able to match patients more quickly and maintain clearer reporting across the program. A helpful tip for others is to keep zip/postal code data clean and well maintained from the start, since it plays a big role in accurate partner matching and reporting.
