We engaged Nextview to review and improve our Agentforce implementation to streamline our internal service processes and improve agent productivity. What stood out about Nextview was their design-led approach, combining deep Salesforce expertise with a strong focus on user experience and business value. They brought a clear methodology, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset that helped us stay aligned throughout the project. The implementation involved a redesign of our Digital Agent implementation, Set up an Agentforce Acceptance environment, explaining DataCloud and coaching on the job. As a result, we’ve seen improved Digital agent response, a better agent satisfaction, and a more intuitive service experience for our internal users.
