It has been a nice experience to work with Blue consulting from start to date, I have gotten ideas and knowledge around Salesforce and administration. You could improve around Post go live supporting period to 3months that would give enough room to stabilize the system on client's side and also have remote 24/7 support eg via online support etc, to ensure there's business continuity throughout. Also, if invoicing component can be added into Salesforce that can help maximize your business and client's chances of having another system for invoicing.
The team is very efficient, they walked through all our challenges and provided a product that solved all.
The partner was responsive and communication was swift irrespective of our time differences. The partner has also stayed in touch to ensure that we get the best from our application.
