Docomotion has been an excellent solution for our document generation needs within Salesforce. From the beginning, their team has been highly accommodating, attentive, and consistently responsive. Questions are answered quickly, and their support staff take the time to fully understand our requirements before recommending solutions. The onboarding and training process was thorough and well-structured. Their team ensured we understood not just how to use the tool, but how to implement it effectively within our specific Salesforce environment. The product itself is high quality and handles our complex business processes. It integrates smoothly with Salesforce and gives us the flexibility we need to support our evolving requirements. Flexible tool capable of meeting even most intricate business need

Docomotion is a pretty easy to use and flexible tool that handles our complex business needs really well. It proved to be the only solution capable of creating documents while respecting many rules or variations that we have in our business.

Superb Interactive Document production and data gathering tool

We have been using Docomotion for about 3 months and so far its been seamless and a definite step in teh right direction for us as a business. Producing 'forms' is easy, whether for presenting information, gathering data, or obtaining signed documents, its just easy. From Obtaining critical test information from our engineers in the field, to receiving signed quotes, and account application forms, the flexibility is second to none. We have moved over from a well known other document generator but we found this very clunky and the support non existent, whereas the support with Docomotion is second to none.

Strong document generator and reliable partner

We have been partners with Docomotion for 2 years and are very happy with the Docomotion tool and service provided. Our requirement was a powerful document generator for quotations, including e-signature. It allows us to link Salesforce data from quotes, translated into local languages and include marketing materials. Docomotion allows us to create professional and detailed documents for customers in a couple of clicks. At the same time it gives flexibility for Sales to personalise their quotations. Docomotion professionals have onboarded our team on the usage of their tool, so we are totally independent when it comes to adjusting and creating new templates. Fast, Reliable, and Packed with Features – A Few Tweaks Away from Perfect

Over the past few months, I have tested Docomotion as a print solution for Salesforce and would like to share my feedback with some suggestions. --- Positive First Impression The Docomotion team was extremely helpful during onboarding: quick, competent responses and outstanding support. Installation is simple, making the start easy. --- Strengths in Everyday Use Docomotion offers extensive template settings and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce for smooth workflows. Segments that can be flexibly linked within templates are a highlight. PDF generation is fast, and multiple output variants provide flexibility. After three months, users are very satisfied. --- Suggestions for Improvement When managing many templates and switching between Salesforce instances, the admin interface could be clearer and more user-friendly. Using Word as the template editor brings layout limitations, as Word is not a design tool. Nesting and conditions for linked segments are somewhat restricted; more flexibility would allow complex scenarios. Switching between the designer and setup interface is time-consuming since changes must be saved and released before testing. Some output variants cannot be disabled by admins—greater control would help. Copying templates requires post-processing; full adoption of settings would reduce effort. --- Final Recommendation Overall, positives outweigh negatives. Docomotion is fast, reliable, and well-received by users. Despite room for optimization, I can fully recommend it as an excellent print solution for Salesforce.

Was trying to buy this service.... they keep cancelling the DEMO and told me to go away

Here is the blow off email from someone that never spoke to me. I tell them we have MAC and Windows users some guy David Alon writes back "Also, as a company policy, we cannot support Mac users, even if they are using Windows Office or Parallels." Thank you for your interest in Docomotion, David
