I've worked with many organizations and some I would call contractors and others "staff aug". However, with Arcsona, I feel comfortable using the term partner. We have a great relationship with them. Monthly check-in calls are as congenial as they are productive. Our satisfaction has always been a top priority for them. Their prices are fair and all of their consultants are top notch. In all, I'd happily recommend them to any organization looking for a highly skilled partner.

The Arcsona team is a pleasure to work with. The partner team was knowledgeable but the communication was not great. Queries via mail were rarely answered unless followed up. There was no plan to show where we were in the Support phase and which topics were still remaining.

The Arcsona team was responsive to our questions pre-engagement and then very accessible during the actual engagement. They were flexible in deployment time line changes that were need due to Salesforce.com Releases that forced us to hold on installing due to the gap of the winter preview and the release of the winter update. Overall, a highly responsive team with a successful outcome.
