It does simply and elegantly what Salesforce themselves should have been offering

It was a breeze to set up, and a breeze to schedule reports. Once installed, our org's heavier users were so thrilled that their Monday mornings, and 1st of the month would be so much easier and cleaner. With the 5 report limit removed I can now create multiple scheduled reports for the same client with different criteria without hesitation, and without having to always follow the schedule of each client. Good job.

Good toll for outside users

We are using tool for sending reports to the outside users. Our post client doesn't allow create email reguls for adresses outside our organization. This toll allow us to send email with reports. I approciate good contact and approach with people from Clous reports sender.

worth it for the report scheduling alone!

If you need any of the features in the PowerPack, it's a great addition. Our particular requirement was to send scheduled report data to non-SF users and this App handled that nicely. Well worth the cost!

Great tool with excellent support

We needed a case merge app, and the PowerPack does not disappoint. It does everything the other case merge apps do, but with an easier install, excellent support, and a great flat rate of $100/month. We tested 3 other options, and were in a big rush to make a choice. I'm so glad I took the time to try out this app! We are very happy with it and the support we've received from the developers. I look forwarding to trying out the other items that come with the PowerPack!

If it should be in Salesforce but isn't, the Powerpack has it

There is a lot to this app, but it is pretty cool. From time-saving UI stuff that Salesforce should have, like the Account Find Duplicates Button and Case Merge, to more sophisticated tools that expand Salesforce's capabilities like the Lead Assignment rotator and the ability to email reports to non-Salesforce users, the capabilities of the Powerpack are pretty huge. There are a couple of features I don't think I'll use, and I'm still exploring some of the features, but give it 5 stars already.

Great App

I don't usually give reviews but this resolved my issue easy. The merge case functionality is something Salesforce desperately needs- the button click does wonders here and solved a major issue in controlling my duplicate cases. My only gripe, with the free download they let you use one of their features (generous and thanks), so I chose the merge case button, but since it's the free version/not paid version, the Power Pack logo overlaps the Merge Case button, and if you click on that then it redirects you to their page which suggests to purchase the rest of the package, so when merging a case you just have to be careful to click the merge case button instead of the power pack overlap banner thing. A little annoying, but it's the free version, what can I say. An extremely small price to pay for the benefit- five stars easy.

Picks Up Where Salesforce Leaves Off

I needed something to send reports daily to external email addresses. SF doesn't have this feature and this app popped up in a forum. Super easy to use, works a treat. Only real improvement would be to allow sending the report in a format other than CSV. The Merge Utility is icing on the cake - I have been looking for something to merge records for a while now. This is so simple and I can even let power-users merge records freeing me up to work on other things.

I was looking for an a report delivery tool and saw your comment on one of the Ideas (that Salesforce has not moved on in 8 years). I installed this in one of my dev orgs to see how it works for Report Sending. I was impressed how super easy and intuitive it is - and itdoes what is says it will do!!
