Overall Great Service

My company uses Salesforce on a day to day basis. We are a startup so we still make changes to Salesforce to meet our needs. Our consultant's name is Shelby Nielsen and she is absolutely amazing. Shelby has so much knowledge on that platform that she always has an answer to my questions. I am the administrator for my company and I've developed some very sharp skills thanks to Shelby. Along with her being an expert in her field, she is just the sweetest person ever. I always look forward to our meetings so we can chat a bit before we get to work. She is the definition of awesome.

Great customization experience

Wiserspread did a great job of helping to structure our project and then executing on it. I wasn't sure what I wanted when we kicked off and over the course of a few weeks they were able to coach me through a number of key decisions that improved our flows. From there, their team built out our flows and helped train the staff on what changed. Overall a great project.

Convert Manual Processes to Automated Processes

So much of what I do as a Property Manager can be automated. The more we automate the greater capacity I have to manage more and more property. I am so glad I have Wiserspread to help me steadily, over time Automate more and more of what I do. Nobody knows my business the way I do and nobody knows Salesforce the way Wiserspread does. That combination is potent!

Wiserspread Tops the List

From the beginning, Wiserspread far exceeded expectations each step into our SFDC implementation and continuously beat estimated timeline rollouts. As with most customers implementing a new SFDC instance, we were hopeful in terms of selecting the right consultant. If you're reading this, your search is over. Wiserspread is very clear, transparent, honest and incredibly fair. No subject or objective of ours was too difficult or burdensome. Their response time is immediate, expertise is readily apparent and thanks to them our instance is live and perfect. I could not have asked for a better result and will continue to use Wiserspread for future implementation considerations, no-brainer. A huge thanks to Alex for managing our project and all of his hard work and to Nofar for contributing much more behind the scenes than she has taken credit for...but should. :)

Solved a 3 week problem in 5 minutes

I had been banging my head against the wall on creating a solution Apto/Salesforce for 3 weeks. With supports help we learned I would not be able to accomplish what I needed on my own. Within 5 minutes Noam had a solution for me. I wish I could give six stars.
