Excellent Simple to Use QA system

We are a GFSI Certified Food Manufacturing company. Basic Food Flavors has specific cGMP & Environmental Monitoring (EMP) requirements to comply with FDA audits. We also have to maintain our SQF certification & one of the requirement is we need to keep log of our finished product testing for every lot that gets shipped with batch traceability. To fulfill above needs we implemented iQALIMS and it has made a big difference in our business and makes us audit ready unlike in past we have tons of paper to review. From a system perspective, it is simple, well designed & very user friendly and easy to learn. The team at iQALIMS from training to support has been excellent. One key feature is the trend reporting we get with this system, which not only helped us during audit it also helped us to take corrective actions based upon the trend . They listen to customers & add new features like Supplier monitoring & Document management system which are needed modules in our business & thus provide a complete package. As the QA Manager at Basic foods I have everything I need from QA perspective in one system.
