Failure to Launch
I have tried to work with them on implementing their services and keep getting tossed back and forth between them and salesforce tech support. I can't get anyone to return my voicemails I have left, and salesforce tech support is even frustrated as they can't help without further information from Heywire. I am not a negative reviewer as a norm as I can most usually find the best in every situation. Maybe this will get someones attention and we can get this show on the road?
Hello Nathan, here is a link to the Salesforce product offerings: https://www.salesforce.com/editions-pricing/sales-cloud/. Service Cloud is one of the products Salesforce offers. LiveMessage is another add-on Salesforce offers but can only be used if you have a Service Cloud license. I recommend you reach out to your Account Executive so they can explain the product offerings and pricing further.
Hello Nathan, this message was forwarded to me from someone on my team. I am very sorry you feel you were lost in the back and forth and hopefully I can answer any questions you may have. Unfortunately, this product is not being offered. The LiveMessage application which you may have installed requires a Salesforce Service Cloud license. It does not appear to be something you currently have. If you are interested in the LiveMessage product you will need to contact your Salesforce Account Executive to discuss adding a Service Cloud License with the LiveMessage product.
