Great Experience from start to finish!

These guys are the real deal and really know their stuff. I had the opportunity to work with a few project leads and had a great experience with each of them and the company overall.

We have had a managed services team with Rackspace for many years and have been very happy with them. Their communication has been excellent and the team is very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest Salesforce has to offer. I know I can count on them when I need a creative solution to a problem and if the immediate team doesn't have the specific answers I need, I know they have a very robust wider team that they can lean on. They have been a great partner!

The Rackspace team demonstrates great partnering abilities. From day 1 the team has been intentional about learning our companies processes, providing industry knowledge and best practice, and lastly even adopted a piece of Latch’s culture!

Team I am working with are a great bunch of people. Not only are they honest and knowledgeable, they help design great solutions that are also flexible in never ending business process changes.

Our organization worked with Rackspace to implement a custom object we set up in-house to track participation in a mentorship program. Rackspace was also tasked with developing automations to send emails for various use cases, some of which were fairly complex (e.g., if the status of a Contact changes, send an email notification to the Contact with whom the first person in the mentorship is paired). Rackspace did a great job of translating our business requirements into technical requirements and developing a solution to automate our requested communication use cases. We did spend more project hours than we would have preferred with having Rackspace create a technical requirements document, much of which was inserted from a business requirements document our organization wrote internally. Above all, though, the project was delivered on time and on budget, and we had a very positive experience working with the three person team (two developers and a project manager) despite being in different parts of the country and everyone working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We were pleased with their work and this project has helped deliver a better program experience for our members while slashing the time our programs team spends on administration.

Our development relationship with Meenaxi Pandit has been stellar. Meenaxi understands our Salesforce instance as well as we do and always provides creative and effective solutions as well as understanding other areas of our database that may be affected by modifications.

Rackspace was hired to develop and implement our Service Cloud system. Our business needs are unique in that there is a lot of customization and this required some out of the box thinking when coming up with solutions to meet our needs. Rackspace did an excellent job taking the information surrounding our business practices and constructing a solution that has greatly improved our ability to service our customers and manage our internal processes in a more timely manner. Overall the system is keeping employees more organized and giving management a more clear view of our customers service needs.

As a first time client of Rackspace and having completed our first project with their team, I can confidently say that Rackspace is a valuable partner from top to bottom. Whether it was interacting with the sales executives, project manager, or developers the experience was completely customer/client focused. I would recommend this team to be your Salesforce development partner and as a consumer will look to them in the future.
