We requested help from our consulting partner in various situations in the last months. Our sales teams use Sales Clouds for almost 5 years but since the business evolved, so this is our structure in Salesforce. Luckily, we can always count on our SF consultant, Ronald van Duijkeren, when something breaks in the system! One of the most recent projects he helped us with, was around an internal process that was impacting negatively the daily tasks of our Finance Department. We had to revise the whole flow, break it down and find solutions to the issues. Without the knowledge and valuable insights and recommendation of our consultant, we would not know how to fix the process. Not only we got advice on how to fix the issue, but Ronald also made us notice how chaotic and unorganized the flows were in our CRM. Thank you so much for all the great work and the availability! Training and consultancy for 123BigBags

We are about to finish a long project of 9 months together with Ilionx. Together with Frank we managed to set up a complete new IT landscape for our business integrated with our webshop. Our goal was to set up a new quoting machine in 7 languages for our standard big bags and all custom bags. A quote is now done in seconds. During this project Ilionx worked with more than 3 people on the project and every person I met had his own skill within Salesforce. This was crucial for a successful end result. I can recommend Ilionx.

Our business partner was challenged with building a future-proof ready system for education-cloud on a sales-cloud platform. Maybe not the easiest task and we could definitely not do it on our own by using Trailhead or some other type of helping platform. What we struggled with was the translation of our needs tot the salesforce platform. A lot of time was lost in reshaping or explaining why somethings weren’t possible... Annoying for me was that this explanation was often after implementing some features, resulting in features we wanted to use or see differently. This caused our investment to be around 15 to 20% higher than agreed in the quotation. And some agreed elements are still not implemented jet, so we are going over budget more then we should. As final, our partner is very skilled, helpful and we needed them! But you really need to stay sharp on the project yourself. If you don’t, deadlines will not be met and you might end up above budget.

We work with Redbook on an ongoing basis, we asked Redbook to do the configuration and development of our Salesforce platform. We use Sales and Service cloud, and we also added some custom functionality. We got a consultant and a developer, who together work 4 days/week for us. This setup helped us get into a consistent cycle of delivering improvements throughout the year. Redbook has always delivered high quality consulting and excellent knowledge of the platform & the tools that it offers. When we plan to build new functionality I can explain what we are trying to achieve as a company and discuss potential solutions with Redbook. I find a lot of value in those conversations, as we openly challenge each other when we review the pros and cons of various options. Once we agree what will be built, it is typically delivered rapidly. And if anything comes up that they cannot answer right away, they can ask their colleagues and usually they can quickly come back with an answer. Finally, my business colleagues who use the system sometimes directly talk to the consultants for support or training, and what I hear about those interactions is that they also communicate effectively with my (non-IT) colleagues.

As a fast growing start-up we stumbled across various difficulties. One of the biggest was providing sales reps with insights and better workflows to create quotes and manage account data. The best solution for this was connecting our ERP system to Salesforce. With the help of Redbook we were able to maintain a sync which let us sync all the relevant data between these systems. Because of this, we can spend more time on sales, relationship management and on converting leads. With their fast response time we know how to find and solve solutions to problems quickly, which has been super important in our growth.

Frank is a very skilled consultant, who tailored and created new objects to suit our business operations. He spent a lot of time with me up front to determine our needs and efficiently implemented them. I will definitely ask for him again, should we have another project in Salesforce.

New department needed to be added on salesforce, as well we needed to changed the environment of our Salesforce to our business needs. We have done meetings with 3 consultant companies and we choose Redbook. Redbook was asking a lot of questions in the meeting and not directly going into a direction of how to solve it. For us the most important points for working with a partner are communication, knowledge and flexibel. Redbook has all three! We have changed the Salesforce environment, added another app for the new department and now we are working on a connection between Salesforce and our Backoffice.
