Great tool to motivate sales team

I decided to give Thinksmart a try to see if it could help motivate my sales team and track progress. It was a huge help! they worked with me and set my rewards program up. It is very user friendly! The key things that really made a difference for me : Being able to create your own rewards for your team not just gift cards! Also the live dash board that tracks each team member. Lastly- it was the ability to pull all the information into my sales report! The only thing I wish it could track would be the teams daily activities that are synced with Saleforce and make it one reporting dashboard! I highly recommend this tool for all sales team!

Company is quick and effective when problems arise

My company hasn't even started using ThinkSmartOne yet, but I'm already impressed with everyone at the company. I wanted to comment on how well they dealt with some problems that hit after installation. The app caused some unexpected interactions in Salesforce when we tried to deploy unrelated code. As a developer myself, I understand how difficult it is to update code in short order, but they took ownership of the issue right away, communicated quickly, and fixed it super fast - in response to my reporting the problem, they released an update to the app that resolved the issue... in the same day :) So, although I can't comment on how crazy cool the app itself is, it's rare and wonderful to work with a company so ready to work with you when there's a problem.

Incentives as a driver to increase users adoption!!! Excellent!

ThinkSmartOne is really easy to setup and have nice tools to launch any sales campaign and communicate to users, so we consider it's a great way to achieve objectives, either for promoting a specific product line or if we need to improve data quality entered by sales team. Quick go live experience!!!

Awesome reward catalog

Love the reward catalog and the competitions. The team is loving it!

Great app, we're very happy!

Bad data has been a problem we’ve been struggling with in Salesforce. Our reporting is so much more relevant now that everyone has been motivated to update records correctly. The reward catalog is great but it would be better if we could add our own rewards to the catalog?

Motivation with Ease!

Educational Tall Ship is a small group with a lot of volunteers; we need to dedicate our time to shipbuilding and getting the most out of our team. This app gave us new ways to use Salesforce and was simple to set up. Its been a no-hassle way to motivate our team.

Easy way to start an incentive program

I installed it recently and found the accompanying QuickStart guide a big help. It didn't take long at all (~15 min) to get my staff enrolled and kick off our first incentive program through the app. It's our first official sales program in the company so we're excited to find this app to make it easy to track and manage the activity. My sales team is already looking forward to the rewards.

Visualforce Error

I just installed the trial version, but when I try to access the ThinkSmartOne tab I get a Visualforce Error "Collection size 1,197 exceeds maximum size of 1,000"
