Outstanding Service/Support - Wonderful People!

Since our roll-out of Salesforce in early 2016, we have partnered with Bayforce for everything from early development of the platform to operations specific projects. Their communication through each task and/or project was above average both in quantity and quality. Although we have an in-house Salesforce admin, we continue to keep contracted blocks of time with them so that we may draw on them for anything from admin support tasks, advice, or larger projects. In the past 12 months, they have supported us with the following projects/tasks: -SMS Magic (texting application) -Conga documents creation/management/integration -Document scanning/management application -Workflow automation -General organizational administrative settings/adjustments/changes I absolutely could not imagine having Salesforce without having Bayforce's knowledge and support behind us. All of the projects and tasks they have executed for us have improved our workflow efficiency and our client experience. I would absolutely recommend them to any company who uses Salesforce or is planning to dive into the Salesforce platform. I have to give a direct shout-out to Kim and Leah who have been an integral part of forming my opinion of Bayforce with their world-class service and support!

Great consultants are few and far between

Since implementing Salesforce (Sales & Service), we've used a number of consultants, and soon realized the variation in customer service, skill level, ability, and pricing models. Bayforce successfully rose above a number of the consultants, and is one of our most used consultants to date. Wonderful Partner

We've thoroughly enjoyed our partnership with Bayforce. As new adopters of salesforce, the toughest part for us through the initial design phase was asking for more than our legacy system was already providing. Bayforce was fantastic at forcing us to stop "replacing" our old system and designing our salesforce implementation to be an all around upgrade. By taking the time to understand our business model and our company objectives, Bayforce was able to help guide our vision to match the capabilities of the salesforce platform. Our launch of a fresh system would not have been nearly as seamless without the safe hands of the Bayforce team helping us through design, documentation, training, and launch. They were as tenacious and passionate about this implementation as we were. We are preparing to launch the platform in our international offices, and wouldn't dream of doing it without the Bayforce team backing us up every step of the way.
