I started working with Brandon and Gina with a blank slate in Salesforce. Today we have all our sales team managing leads, opportunities and all sales aspects through commission approval through Salesforce. We just intregrated service order entry and project management processes into Salesforce which has allowed us to move from three systems of sales data entry into one. LaneFour was a brilliant partner throughout our engagement. Our SF instance and our product were tightly intertwined, and we required a nearly 2 year long project to decouple the various systems. The project included implementing new services to manage provisioning, authorizations, and various eCommerce functions. L4 also supported me (VP Operations) from business case creation through post-launch deployment. We leaned on their ability to help architect a complex design, technical development capabilities in Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, building a world-class MDQ to replace our vanilla CPQ, and acting as a bridge between my operations team and our internal product dev teams. The ultimate measure of success - this was the rarest of rare major projects that finished on time, on budget and fully delivered the promised scope.
