BlueFin / PayConex with Azure and Salesforce

Recently I had the honor of presenting at AzureCon https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/videos/azurecon-2015-azure-facades-for-secure-hybrid-applications/ In this presentation, the BlueFin was a tremendous assistance to me in providing direct support and guidance on using BlueFin as the featured Payment Processor in my presentation. As a developer, I found BlueFin's usage and documentation straightforward. I was able to develop a simple Web APP to allow BlueFin to postback to legacy systems in my Hybrid scenario. As a business users, I found the reduction in PCI compliance testing a benefit to using BlueFin and reducing the cost of implementation. The system included a hosted payment page that was presented in the Salesforce community portal. With this approach, we required no additional configuration or setup in the customer data center and I was able to use BlueFin to push the payment processing notifications and use Azure Service Bus and BizTalk Server as the on-premise bridge to complete the notifications to the legacy systems. The security algorithms were flexible, and we were able to meet end to end PCI security requirements with minimal on-premise impact. The hosted payment page allows the team to avoid costly PCI compliance testing in the Salesforce application. BlueFin was easy to use, and their staff was helpful, the postback notification approach integrated well with Azure and the hosted page worked well in Salesforce.

BlueFin / PayConex

Really found a gem here. We're a small call center that take direct calls for parts and supplies. BlueFin, through PayConex, have met/exceeded a key business process...ability to accept credit card transactions without exposing our systems to the hazards of getting PCI compliant. We're able to submit credit card orders, keep vital data within easy reach and still maintain the elusive PCI compliance for credit card processing. The post back feature with a coded token is great. It allows us to safely present this information to our finance team without exposing us to possible violations. Additionally, we're able to protectively view our transactions and complete processing with little or no trouble at all. The BlueFin team has worked hard to ensure that all our needs are being met. Amazing product that is hands/feet above anything else we've looked at. Thanks BlueFin for a great product.
