Overall, they helped us properly define and implement the solutions and applications within the Salesforce system, all while adhering to the SLA and maintaining high availability. They also ensured swift support for our needs even after the project was completed, and for up to three months afterward. The go-live process went much smoother than we anticipated. There were gaps identified due to the initial scoping, and those could have been fine-tuned during the process, but I believe it's very challenging to achieve a flawless process when so many stakeholders are involved, especially when not all have a technological orientation.
