Yesware is the best productivity tool that our sales team has come across in a long time. The ability to track what your prospects are doing with your emails is INVALUABLE, and Yesware definitely has found the perfect solution - And even better that they were able to turn it into a platform that no doubt has closed us more business, saved more deals & shortened the cycle! Also - The Mail Merge Template... Who's idea was it? That person/group/team deserves a raise...This feature is not only the greatest thing to happen to my email, but it couldn't be easier to use. I have fourteen templates, two for each day - one is labeled "Morning" & the other labeled "Afternoon". That's all I have to do, just choose the day and time of day...and I'm done. Thanks for making the most monotonous part of my day, the easiest part of my day!
No brainer for YesWare users
Fast, clean interface, and relevant-- this app has potential to be an invaluable resource for gathering data insights on sales performance. YesWare team is very responsive to our customization requests and look forward to building upon the current version. Highly recommend for data-centric sellers and sales managers alike.
Simple, Fast and Fantastic
This was incredibly simple to install and get value from on Day 1. Then once I worked with their team to add Yesware email, calendar and phone activity it was a no brainer decision for my team.

An aesthetically pleasing snapshot
Rather than trying to run reports, review spreadsheets and create a dashboard that identifies what each rep on my team is doing, I can leverage this dashboard to give me the insights I need much faster. Highly recommended for any Sales Managers, VPs of Sales, etc.
Fantastic Visibility
As a manager, this certainly beats pouring over spreadsheets and data reports. A nice snapshot with the information I need to glean specific themes and patterns in order to apply better coaching all around.
