We were keeping track of clients and leads in different ways, on paper, emails or excel documents. It was very disorganised and things were getting lost or not followed up. We brought in Seamless designs to help create us our unique Salesforce platform to centralise everything. The process from start to finish was seamless, at all times we were kept up to date on time scales of the project. Together we created a unique new way of working which Salesforce now sits beside. When it came to training on the platform it was scheduled in very quickly and it gave an excellent overview, it was good to see how many features which we can manage ourselves. I highly recommend working with Seamless Designs.

We engaged with Seamless Ideas to assist us with the set-up and implementation of Salesforce CRM to manage our new business pipeline as well as our contact and communication database. Saleforce implementation

Working with Jill at Nadcoms has been a pleasure! She has gone over and above to make sure we were set up and working with Saleforce as we should be. The whole process went smoothly....using a new system is never easy at the start but we found this all smooth sailing. Jill is professional, helpful and very quick to deliver a task when asked!
