It is a scam, it is not free
One of their sales people told me: "Unfortunately, MyFeelBack doesn't have a free version as advertised on the AppExchange, we're trying to change it by we couldn't so far." In my opinion they don't want to changed it.
Dont know how to use it
I installed the app in my salesforce instance but there are no instructions on how to use it. Can someone help me?
