Doesn't Work in App Builder in Summer '16
As of Summer '16 the aura component declaration should have access="global" so that it is app hostable i.e visible in communities builder or app builder The declaration without access="global" would have worked fine in Spring 16. However from summer 16 it is mandatory to mention access="Global" inside the components in order for it to be appHostable. After working with Saleforce Support we determined this is the reason the app doesn't show up in the Lightning App Builder

I have noticed this too John. Such a shame.
Need to be able to wrap in container app for VF surfacing
Hi, I am trying to surface your component in a VF Page, but cannot find the name of the component to reference as it is hidden (aka need this info below) Thanks

Final question, can you provide the details of the available component events so that we can subscribe our own controller handlers? Looking for the component event name for Start / Stop and reset as well as any attributes to get the value of the counter. Basically some details on your component's API

Working, nevermind. For anyone wanting to surface this in a visualforce page, like using it as an inline page within the Case object, just use this code: Create a container Lightning App: :"/> And then create a page like so (example for case): $Lightning.use("c:ContainerApp", function() { $Lightning.createComponent("stopWatcher:stopWatch", { label : "" }, "StopWatchView", function(cmp) { // do some stuff }); });

Found the namespace to be stopWatcher, confirming the component is stopWatch?
Ability to use the output of the stopwatch?
A beautiful, cool feature but definitely agree that need to have the ability to use the data. I was planning to use relate to/look up field to cases/tasks/custom objects etc and stored in a on a custom object "Time". Is there a way to use the data output somehow? This would seriously solve a great deal of my problems...I'm putting 4 stars to will this forward because it is really great looking and potentially useful.
Ability to use the output of the stopwatch?
Nice-looking, but limited without some ability to use the value of the final timed amount in a field on an object somewhere.
I get the same error when trying to add the component to a page layout in the lightning app builder
