SigningHub for Saleforce is designed to transform paper-based processes into sophisticated digital workflows. Our advanced solution empowers organisations and Trust Service Providers to securely sign important business documents directly within the Salesforce platform, using digital identities from a range of providers. With SigningHub for Salesforce, you can bid farewell to manual processes such as printing, faxing, couriers, postage, ink-signing, scanning, and searching of paper documents. Our intuitive interface allows you to seamlessly identify recipients who are already configured in your existing Salesforce, and freely draw your e-signature using your hand or stylus. SigningHub offers a range of key features, including the ability to support In-Person, E-Signature, and Digital Signature. Once the document/contract is signed, updates are automatically reflected in the signed document, where the original document resides. Additionally, unique digital signature keys can be held within HSM hardware, local smartcard or USB token, or within a mobile device.
