Be vocal and take advantage of PM and Exec Sponsorship to ensure appropriate resources are allocated and all elements of the project are on track. Be aware of how to manage the inevitable shifts that will occur and how to maximize resources during that time. Ask questions about their ability to engage with your core and set appropriate expectations. EMS came with creative solutions when challenges were posed so ask for what you want/need.
