Uninstallation is extremely difficult and time-consuming

After deciding to remove BOFC from our org, I discovered the package had embedded references to its own custom objects into the metadata of numerous flows across our org — flows that never used any BOFC action or feature. This appears to happen automatically on every flow save while the package is installed, without any user action or disclosure. Removing the package required identifying every affected flow, retrieving the raw XML metadata via Salesforce CLI, manually scrubbing the BOFC object references from each file, redeploying the cleaned flows, and ultimately deleting four flows entirely and redeploying them from scratch before the uninstall would complete. The Salesforce uninstall error screen also misidentified which flows were causing the problem, adding significant time to the process. The package may work well as a tool, but prospective buyers should be aware that installing it creates org-wide metadata dependencies that make future removal a significant technical undertaking. An admin without Salesforce CLI experience and the ability to read and edit raw flow XML would likely find it impossible to uninstall cleanly.

Repeated billing issues and no support response

I have had multiple issues with this app, including being charged for services without receiving the activation key. Despite repeated attempts to contact support, I received delayed and unhelpful responses. This has been extremely frustrating and disruptive. Improvements needed include reliable activation delivery and timely, responsive customer support. I cannot recommend this app until these issues are addressed.

Superb Tool - Used BOFC for 4 years

The BOFC tool is invaluable to creating fields, Objects, cloning just about everything. Fantastic tool. I have little to no issues and support is quick to respond. Not immediate, but timing.

Quick responsive support and makes Salesforce management Possible

Makes deleting and creating fields in bulk simple and great functionality to copy fields from other objects to new one along with profile and user mapping. Could not manage an inherited Salesforce instance with numerous legacy fields and objects to delete without it.

Great tool for admins.

Very easy to use (for admins) and very helpful in cleaning up an environment that was inherited from others. Recommend having this in your toolbox if you have to manage a SF org.

Making Salesforce Management Easier

BOFC is a very useful tool that simplifies many tasks in Salesforce, especially when working with bulk metadata operations. It makes certain processes much easier and faster to handle. Their support team is also helpful, they assisted in resolving an issue I encountered promptly.

Cant uninstall the package.

Package did some references by itself to Flows and im unable to uninstall it. Please contact with me so after that i can change the review.

Works as advertised

The software works as advertised. Communication with the company was slow and their automated license generator wasn't working. So it took several days to get the license key to activate the software.

UPDATED - (Little/No response from support)

UPDATE 6/10/24. I was contacted by Mohit. He explained that my emails had gone to spam (even though I also messaged them from the chatbot on their site). He was very helpful and advised that it wouldn't happen again. I will be trying out the software again and will follow up with more information. -I installed the trial and ran into some trouble. I reached out to support. After a while I got an email saying that we should schedule a call to troubleshoot. I suggested a time and never heard back from them again. I emailed several times since requesting assistance and advising many times that I would like to purchase the product if we can get it to work properly. No response. At all. What a shame. I was excited to have this work for me...
