In-Form is designed by Homeless Link - the national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who are experiencing homeless in England. We’ll work with you to deliver the case management solution that will work best for your service. In-Form is the system of choice for housing & homelessness specialist organisations. Currently, over 300 organisations (small to large) and over 18,000 users use In-Form. As a case management tool, it provides a central location to record information about the client & work carried out within the organisation. Client needs & risk assessments are created within In-Form and outcome measuring tools provide an assessment framework to measure progress across a number of areas. Casework records detail the on-going work completed with clients. Client income can be recorded to provide financial information about the client. Plus, alerts are created to highlight risks & vulnerabilities. In-Form is used to record incidents, accidents and complaints involving clients, staff & external parties. The app also includes a full set of reports and dashboards, and users can customise these or create their own as needed.
