I've seen their new availability match for team builders and love the ability to drill into people's availability to better staff my projects based on project-specific needs. Individuals can easily view/manage their projects, and the integrations mean this is the only system they have to log into to see all of the information they need to provide outstanding service to the client.

Kantata is the ultimate tool for overall project management. I am using Kantata for more then 2 years now. Now I can focus on more on my project and worry less on timesheets and things related to it. Integration with Salesforce + Correct use of Master planner = Powerful resource forecasting

We've synced Salesforce with our Mavenlink instance, enabling us to map our sales stages to pre-project stages - this gives our PMO valuable visibility to inbound projects and means we can forecast what resources we'll need, to what extent and when we'll need them. On top of that, we're able to able to pass project data back to the opportunity in Salesforce to show our Solutions Team success! Salesforce and Mavenlink work incredibly well together!

Great Integration

I'm impressed with the flexibility this automation provides between Salesforce and Mavenlink. This is not only in the base configuration but Mavenlink's ability to add extension points as needed. Mavenlink Support is also always there for me when I have any questions!
